When is the best time?
From week 34 and for the rest of the pregnancy.
What does breech position mean?
It means the baby is lying bottom or feet down instead of head down. Around 3–4% of all babies are in this position at birth.
Can the baby still turn?
Yes. Many turn on their own right up to week 37, especially with a first baby. Your maternity unit may also offer to turn the baby from the outside around weeks 36–37.
Are weight and amniotic fluid included?
Yes, that is part of the 20 minutes.
