What is hiding in there – a girl or a boy?
For many, learning the baby's sex is one of the most anticipated moments of pregnancy. Our experienced sonographers take their time, explain everything you see on the screen, and of course you take pictures home. Whether you want the answer straight away or would rather save it for a reveal later, we make sure it is a calm and respectful visit. And we give a sex guarantee: if the sex cannot be seen, we scan again free of charge until it can.

When is the best time?
From week 15 (14+0) the sex can usually be determined reliably. From week 16 it is easier still, because the baby is bigger and lies more predictably. We do not scan for sex before week 15 – at that point the genitals still look too alike for the answer to be certain, and we would rather give you an answer you can count on. If you are painting a nursery or planning a gender reveal, weeks 16–18 are a lovely time to book.
Is the sex determination reliable?
Our sonographers are experienced and specially trained in gender scanning, and we take the time it needs. We do not name a sex until we are completely sure. If the baby is lying so that we cannot see it with certainty, we say so honestly – and then we rescan free of charge until the sex can be determined.
Can you write the answer in an envelope?
Yes, and we often do. That way neither of you knows until you open it yourselves – or let a balloon do it for you.
Can partners, siblings and grandparents come along?
Yes. There is room, and children are very welcome. They are often the ones who get the most out of it.
