When is the best time?
If you want to find your optimal time to conceive, we typically scan around cycle day 10–14, when the leading follicle can be measured and ovulation can be predicted. If you are in fertility treatment, we follow the schedule set by your fertility clinic. If you simply want to check that everything looks normal, the scan can be done at any time in the cycle – but just after your period gives the best overview of the ovaries.
What is the difference between the two prices?
The 700 kr. scan takes 20 minutes and comes without a report – the result of the scan is given verbally. The 1,000 kr. scan takes 30 minutes and includes an electronic record with all measurements and descriptions from the scan, which you can pass on to a fertility clinic or your own doctor.
Can I come more than once in the same cycle?
Yes, and it is common if you are following a follicle towards ovulation.
